Bob Rubin

Mr Robert Rubin has been in the real estate and mortgage business since 1964. During this time, he has owned and managed thousands of apartment and manufactured home units contained in many projects and communities. In addition, he was an owner of a successful mortgage banking company, and as a result was very active in many state and national associations.

Because of his background, Robert specializes in matching successful and professional Mortgage Bankers with Financial Institutions that issue Warehouse and MSR facilities.

Mr Rubin has arranged for a large mortgage broker to deliver $100 million per month of products and coordinated MSR lines for clients with large books of servicing, as well as arranged many unique warehouse credit lines. He has also leveraged a national network of lending executives to obtain a warehouse line for a non-bank lending client who sold their company for $75 million.

Robert has developed a wholesale mortgage banking company from a hard money lender doing $1 million per month in one state to a regional wholesale lender with a wide variety of products and closing $70 million per month. He has also syndicated large apartment complexes, manufactured home communities and shopping centers, and owned and operated a management company that oversaw Company holdings of 2,000+ residential units.
