Brandon Gebers

Brandon Gebers – Director of Financial Strategy

Mr. Gebers has held a broad set of responsibilities across the financial services industry, ranging from reinsurance underwriting and actuarial analysis to fixed income sales and trading in a top investment bank to finance in the independent mortgage bank space.  Using a comprehensive understanding of corporate capabilities, he has been integral in taking top level strategic initiatives and driving them down to tactical execution through planning and analytics.   Most recently, Mr. Gebers served as the Managing Director of Finance at Intercontinental Capital Group, a nationwide independent mortgage bank.  A firm understanding of corporate systems and structure with a foundation in data analysis has allowed him to bring a unique perspective to compensation and deal structure in M&A deals and implementation of strategic vision.

For the last nine years, Mr. Gebers has focused on growth companies in the independent mortgage banking sector.  With successful engagements at Pacific Union Financial and New Penn Financial, Mr. Gebers lead multiple facets of top priority initiatives including Capital Markets, Strategy and Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Finance and Accounting. 

Through business modelling and process transformation, Mr. Gebers has helped executive teams and boards realize production and financial goals as well as create an understanding of the fiscal impact of decisions made or to be made. 

Mr. Gebers has helped build monoline retail mortgage companies from $20M to $600M per month optimizing the loan delivery from whole loan to securitization and helped structure the strategy and implementation of a multi-channel mortgage firm that grew a $220M MSR asset over three years. 

Mr. Gebers graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics.
