Pete Roeske

Mr. Pete Roeske, who holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University, is a financial services executive with over 20 years of experience. He is a business leader and business builder with experience spanning the development of startup companies to managing multi-billion-dollar platforms through high growth and down-market cycles (de novo to $100+ billion annual producers). He retains subject matter expertise in industry best practices regarding origination, capital markets, servicing, and technology offerings. He holds an exceptionally high level of expertise in all production origination channels: retail, wholesale, and correspondent.

 

Over his twenty-plus year career, Mr. Roeske has gained experience working with investors, boards, and executive management teams to assess, develop, and implement strategic initiatives by building platforms using innovation and new optimized and disruptive technologies. He also knows loan operating systems implementations and migrations, business process offering, audit offering implementations, accounting, reporting product implementations, pricing/product engine implementations increasing corporate compliance, profitability, efficiency, and consistency.

 

Mr. Roeske’s successful engagements include mergers and acquisitions ($35 million in cash); production channel rollouts (retail, wholesale, correspondent); product development (private label securities ($3 billion)); ARMS ($6 billion); Non-QM ($80 million); portfolio ($50 million); technology adoption (proprietary systems, video technologies); production brand creation and rollouts; operating system acquisition and implementations (over $15 million in billing revenue); consulting and professional services (over $10 million in billing revenue); platform/process performance optimization ($3 million in billing revenue); “component” loss mitigation offering (over $25 million in billing revenue); corporate production/product acquisition roll-up ($3 million budget, $2 million in billing revenue); and production development ($ million projected annual revenue).
