Prior to the CPO role, Mr. Wilson was the Executive Vice President, Special Financing Services, where he was responsible to develop, launch, and scale Prospect’s mortgage lead platform. Key clients included Servicers, large mortgage asset owners, and other investors. Execution included developing and managing a lead platform for loan officers to optimize lead pull-through.

He increased Operating Income eight times while decreasing Working Capital by 33% during his tenure. Improvements were achieved by executing operational process improvement and restructuring operating units in Europe, Asia, South America, and North America. Mr. Wilson developed and implemented a Regional European strategy, further accelerating growth and profitability.
